FAQ’s

When you buy a 5⭐️ Football Package you will get an email (to the emailed you used at checkout) that’s a Google Drive Access to your Package. These emails can easily end up in your junk/spam folder so check those folders as well! If you still do not see your package, please email coachisaac@5starfootballpackage.com. If you already emailed him, he will be with you shortly!

If you can longer see your package because you lost access refer below.

1. If you lost access but still have the Google Drive folder that says “Request Access”, then please click request access and include your Order Number

2. If you do NOT see the original Google Drive please email coachisaac@5statfootballpackage.com explaining your situation with your Order Number

If you are eligible for a refund please email coachisaac@5starfootballpackage.com with your Order Number and reason for your refund.
