He knew his training was off and that doing a 5X5 superset on flat, incline, and decline bench then loading up the squat bar full of plates wasn’t going to get him D1 ready. He dived deep into research and training programs, but the problem was they were all very basic and one dimensional. After a couple years of trying a bunch of different programs and techniques from “gurus” he was sick of not seeing results. It was at this moment he started researching training techniques and was able to skyrocket his game. And i mean skyrocket. He went from running a 5.1 to a 4.65 40, got insane hops, and was absolutely balling on the field just in ONE year - perfect timing for his senior year of football.

Researching into training techniques such as HIIT, Plyometrics, Contrast Training, explosive compounds, heavy eccentrics, concentrics, anabolic window, ice baths, heat contrast recovery, and more were the root for his seemingly overnight success, but it mattered HOW it was done - that’s where most programs got it wrong (A simple football gym routine is not going to make you the player you need to be, even if it looks flashy, you need to maximize EVERYTHING - gym, diet, field, recovery, ect..). Even on the field he learned that programming speed was much different than just going out and sprinting. That footwork was more than just toe tapping through a speed ladder, and that positional training was more than just football practice. Putting these revelations into practice with his training vs. what he was doing, he was able to go D1 out of that tiny HS in the middle of the cornfields and have a great college career - balling out at multiple levels.

After years of trial, error, and experience at the highest levels he formulated a super concoction of football training programs that has helped him and hundreds of others completely change their football careers.
